Yoga Etiquette
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.
Remove your shoes and place them in the cubbies next to the yoga studio door.
If you have to leave early, please try to leave before Savasana begins as to not disrupt the rest of the class in Savasana.
If you have a yoga mat, bring it. We do rent them for $1 if you don’t have one or forgot to bring it.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for free movement.
Please be mindful of your volume in the yoga studio. Sound carries, and we typically have spa services at the same time as classes.
Be sure to tell your instructor about any injuries or limitations so they can give modifications as needed.
