    A seasonally blended aromatherapy treatment from our Blending Bar will transport you through the ultimate massage experience.  Your blended creamy walnut polish is scrubbed on the entire body to exfoliate and invigorate.  Hot towels will open up your pores as they remove the polish.  This is followed by a massage with seasonal massage oil to relieve tension and lock in hydration.

    A soothing therapy designed for women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters to improve circulation, decrease swelling, and release tension associated with pregnancy.  Side lying, includes body pillows to ensure comfort.

  • WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE

    Deeply penetrates and reduces muscles effectively and painlessly using heated bamboo sticks, which allows the therapist to apply more pressure to a greater surface area.

  • FIRE + ICE MASSAGE

    Ideal for tired, sore muscles, this full body treatment uses warm Himalayan salt stones contrasted with cold marble stones to soothe, relax, and treat both inflammation and stiffness.  This therapy also includes cold stones  on the face to help alleviate sinus pressure, inflammation, and headaches.

  • FIRE CUPS MASSAGE

    Ancient tradition used to alleviate deep sore muscles, lack of circulation, and recovery after sports.  The suction of the fire cups allows for myofascial decompression as the skin is drawn into the cups.  Bruising is a typical side effect of fire cups and is normal.  Contraindicated for those with bleeding disorders, infections, and open wounds.  Effective to stimulate digestion, respiratory function, and can help reduce belly fat.

  • MEDICAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE/ MASSAGE

    Lymphatic drainage massage is a modality used when there is inflammation, lack of circulation, for pre- and post- surgery, especially after mastectomy or after a BBL surgical procedure. Medical lymphatic massage is a very light and extremely slow massage modality designed to move fluid to the exit points of the body.

The body is cocooned in a blend of 4 Tridoshic (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) essential oils and body butter to deeply hydrate the skin while you enjoy a face and scalp massage. The brush and any remaining body butter is yours to take home.

  • WARM OIL SCALP MASSAGE

    Warm tri-doshic (Vata, Pitta Kapha) oil is massaged into the scalp and the neck along marma points to relieve tension and stress. The oil is designed to restore balance and deeply cleanse and purify the mind and body.
